A Partnership For North Carolina

Trauma Informed Institute has partnered with other organizations around the world in order to respond to and reduce trauma at the individual, organizational, and community levels. Trauma can take many forms - physical, psychological, or emotional - but it’s all too common for people to experience its effects. By working together with other organizations, TI is helping create a more resilient society that can better cope with and heal from traumatic experiences.

Resilient North Carolina is one of the organizations who is committed to supporting its community in times of crisis and trauma. It provides resources and guidance to individuals, organizations, and communities on how they can best cope with traumatic experiences. This includes connecting individuals and organizations with best practices such as developing trauma-informed approaches, promoting social connectivity, providing culturally competent care, and utilizing evidence-based interventions.

Resilient North Carolina also offers a variety of resources that focus on building community resilience by creating safe spaces for healing and support. These initiatives include education campaigns, community dialogue sessions, and trauma-focused mental health services that are tailored to the specific needs of North Carolinians. Through these efforts, Resilient North Carolina encourages collaboration and collective action to address the causes of trauma in our society so that everyone can experience healing and wellness.

You can learn more about them through their website. It has a wide range of resources available to support individuals and families in North Carolina.
