Teachers and staff play a crucial role in supporting students impacted by childhood trauma. They are first in line in educating and supporting children; outside of their primary caregivers. School systems need joint efforts from community and businesses from all sectors. Changes in how supportive infrastructures are built can be implemented using quality improvement methods; understanding that we should continuously improve.
